Rental terms

A booking request is made on the website by choosing the items, the quantities you need and the rental period. Once we receive the request, we check availability and get in touch with you.

A booking is only guaranteed once the advance invoice we send you after confirmation has been paid.

Prices are per event and include VAT. We do not charge per 24 hours, as it is usually easier to collect the items at least a day before the event and return them the day after. The total is calculated from the quantities you choose. If you plan to use the items over several days or for several events, please tell us — we agree the price individually.

Payment is by bank transfer once you receive the invoice.

Items can be collected in Liepāja, Ziemeļu iela 19, at a time agreed in advance.

We deliver by arrangement; the cost depends on the distance and the volume of items and is stated in the confirmation e-mail.

Items must be returned on the last day of the rental period, clean and undamaged, in the same packaging they were collected in. Tablecloths and napkins may be returned dirty — washing is included in the price. Everything else, including plates, cutlery and glassware, must be returned clean. Please tell us immediately if anything is damaged during the event.

A late return is charged an additional rental fee.

The hirer is responsible for keeping the items safe and for transporting and using them correctly throughout the rental period. Damage or loss is compensated at the repair or replacement value of the item.

Items may not be passed on to third parties without written agreement.

If a booking is cancelled after the advance payment has been made, the amount paid is not refunded and is retained as a contractual penalty.
